Delivery Attempts and Re-Delivery

If our delivery team reaches your location within the designated delivery time frame and you are not available to receive the package, we will attempt to contact you several times. If we are unable to reach you, we will take a picture of the item(s) and leave them at your door. We will not attempt to redeliver the package.
